What is a "server" for billing purposes?
One premium subscription covers one Discord server (Guild). If you manage multiple servers, you'll need a separate subscription for each one.
How do I apply premium to my server?
During checkout you'll be asked to enter your Discord Guild ID. You can find this by enabling Developer Mode in Discord, then right-clicking your server icon and selecting "Copy Server ID".
What happens if I cancel?
Your premium features stay active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your server reverts to the free plan automatically — no data is lost.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a full refund within 3 days of your initial purchase if you're unsatisfied for any reason. See our

What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by Paddle. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Paddle is the merchant of record, so your statement will show a Paddle charge.
