Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Novu ("the Bot", "we", "us") issues refunds for Novu Premium subscriptions purchased through our payment provider.
Payments for Novu Premium are processed securely through our payment provider. Billing and payment queries should be directed to us via our support server.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Novu Premium subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged again after the cancellation date
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Within 3 days of initial purchase — if you are unsatisfied with Novu Premium for any reason, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your first payment
- Technical issues — if a verified technical fault on our end prevented you from accessing premium features for an extended period, we will review your case and may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion
- Duplicate charges — if you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge in full
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 3 days after the initial purchase
- Renewal charges where the subscription was not cancelled before the renewal date
- Dissatisfaction due to a misunderstanding of features — please review our feature list before purchasing
- Loss of premium access due to violation of our Terms of Service
- The Discord server the subscription was applied to was deleted or the bot was removed
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via our support server within the eligible timeframe. Include the following in your request:
- The Discord Guild ID the subscription was applied to
- The email address used during checkout
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider and returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider, typically between 5–10 business days.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of Novu Premium after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
