By adding Novu to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server.
Novu is a Discord bot that provides temporary voice channel management. It allows server members to create, manage, and automatically clean up temporary voice channels within a Discord server.
You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines to use Novu. You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Discord and by extension this bot.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to Novu for any server or user that violates these terms without prior notice.
By adding Novu to your server, the server administrator accepts responsibility for how the bot is used within their community. Administrators are responsible for configuring the bot appropriately and ensuring it is used in accordance with these terms.
We strive to keep Novu online and functioning at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The bot may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any disruption to your server's operations as a result.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of Novu at any time. Where possible, significant changes will be announced in our support server in advance.
Novu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the bot will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use Novu, including but not limited to loss of data or server disruption.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of the bot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
